Emerging Researchers in Ageing (ERA) Bursaries for the 2022 AAG Conference

 

Emerging Researchers in Ageing (ERA), who collaborate closely with the AAG Student & Early Career Group, has generously agreed to financially support students and emerging researchers to participate in the 55th AAG Conference in Adelaide, South Australia (22-25 November 2022).

ERA is offering a limited number of bursaries for students and emerging researchers to subsidise the cost of their 2022 AAG Conference registration.

Bursary on offer:

~ Each bursary is valued at $150 off the cost off the applicable registration fee.

Eligibility Criteria.

~ Full-time and part-time postgraduate or undergraduate students actively working towards a degree or certificate in an area of study involving a major emphasis on ageing, and

~ Early career researchers – i.e. those that are FIVE years post-PhD completion or in the first FIVE years of employment post-study and

~ Anyone awarded another 2022 AAG Conference bursary affiliated with the AAG (e.g. national, state or territory division) will be deemed ineligible.

Applications close by Friday 26 August 2022

Successful bursary recipients will be notified no later than Friday 2 September 2022 and must then register no later than Friday 9 September 2022 (i.e. the close of Early Bird registration), using the special award code that will be provided. (or if already registered, reimbursement will be arranged for the bursary amount)
