Refund and Cancellation Policy
The AAG reserves the right to alter an event program or presenter(s) without further notice, however the event is intended to run as advertised. AAG reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient numbers – registrants will be notified if this occurs and the credit will be carried forward to an event of the participant’s choice, or refunded.
Cancellations or transfers must be requested at least 7 days prior to an event. Refunds generally will not be granted if a registrant fails to attend an event or cancels within 7 days of the activity.
All cancellations must be requested in writing by emailing email@example.com. Registration fees will be refunded less a $10 cancellation fee.
Refunds will be made via Direct Deposit to the nominated bank account.
AAG membership is not transferrable and non-refundable.
Australian Association of Gerontology cannot guarantee that any file or program available for download and/or execution from or via this site is free from viruses or other conditions, which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used. You assume all risk of use of all programs and files on this site, and you release Australian Association of Gerontology entirely of all responsibility for any consequences of its use.
