Mikaela Wheeler
Lecturer
Completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences, followed by a Masters of Dietetic Studies at the University of Queensland. Her research interests focus on nutrition for the elderly, particularly for those who live in residential aged care homes. Specifically, her research aims to better understand how static menus can be used to increase the choice and flexibility provided to residents in the meal service.
