AAG recruiting two new Senior Policy and Research Officers (Melbourne and Canberra based)

Build and influence policy and advocacy with ageing thought leaders

As a membership led organisation, the Australian Association of Gerontology (AAG) is Australia's peak national body aiming to improve the experience of ageing through connecting researchers, practioners and policy makers working across the multidisciplinary fields of ageing.

AAG is looking for two experienced Senior Policy and Research Officers with an understanding of the key issues in ageing, including aged care and health. 

The primary purpose of the positions is to provide a high level of internal and external publications including submissions to government, position papers and reports.

You will have the opportunity to build and influence policy, whilst working with thought leaders in the ageing and aged care space.

You will work with a small team based in Melbourne, as well as members from across Australia.  AAG has systems to support flexible work practices including working outside Victoria.
