Interested in our reconciliation journey?
As many of you know AAG have been working through our Reflect RAP over the past 18 months and are preparing to take the next step in AAG’s reconciliation action journey.
Through the Reflect RAP, the RAP Working Group has produced some useful resources, including guidelines for Welcome to Country and Acknowledgement of Country, Dates of significance, cultural safety and immersion statement and our support for the Uluru Statement.
Would your AAG Divisions, AAG Special Interest Group or Student and Early Group be interested in hearing more about AAG’s reconciliation journey, as well as the work AAG and the AAG Research Trust in partnership with ATSIAAG is doing in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Ageing? Do you want to get more involved in AAG’s reconciliation journey? Contact Ellen (e.finlay@aag.asn.au), AAG ATSIAAG Officer, to find out more.
