AAG Fellow Nomination

Purpose

The award of status of Fellow of the Australian Association of Gerontology is intended to recognise high professional standing of members in any field of gerontology.   

Process

Fellowships are awarded by the AAG Board. AAG Fellowship recognition requires applicants to have been a member of the AAG for at least five years and to meet four of the six criteria detailed below (the four criteria must include item 3 or item 4). On completion of this application, the member should apply for endorsement by the President and Secretary of the Division of AAG. Divisional secretaries should then forward endorsed applications to the National Office for consideration.
