Helen's professional practice is underpinned by a tertiary education in Psychology (Bachelor) and Information Management and Systems (Master). She continues to contribute to academic life as a guest lecturer offering a practitioner perspective in information management and knowledge management.
As Principal Consultant at RHX Group (www.rhxgroup.com.au), she helps individuals and teams make better use of their people, knowledge and information. Helen has over 20 years experience in the information and knowledge domain doing strategic and hands-on work in analysis, design, development and implementation for business change.
Joanne is in the final stage of her PhD at the Centre for Social and Organisational Informatics at Monash University. Joanne applies interdisciplinary perspectives to her research and practice. Prior to commencing as a career researcher Joanne was consulting in organisational knowledge and change management. Her qualifications include Bachelor of Education, Graduate Diploma in Media Studies, and Masters in Information Management Systems. Her studies have supported a career that has spanned: Health, Education, Media & Arts and Knowledge Management.
