2021 SA Gerontology (SAGe) Conference
The call for abstracts for the South Australian Gerontology (SAGe) Conference 2021 has been extended until Friday (11 June). Abstracts welcome from across Australia.
The 2021 theme is Adapting and thriving in a changing world.
The South Australian Gerontology (SAGe) committee will be looking for presentations that consider ways to optimise ageing in a range of contexts. The SAGe committee are seeking 250-word abstracts for:
~ 15-minute oral presentations or
~ 5-minute pitch presentations.
SAGe will be exploring what works in research, policy, practice and service provision settings including: workforce, advocacy, clinical, social to name a few.
Abstracts must be submitted by COB Friday 11th June 2021. Online registration for the 2021 SAGe Conference will be available June onwards.
• AAG Members: $25.00 (AAG members will receive a special code to access the rate)
• Non-Members: $50.00

NEW PRIZE TO BE AWARDED AT SAGe21
The SA AAG Division will announce a new prize to recognise the best innovation in service provision for older people presented at SAGe21. Click here for the conference flyer.
Eligible presentations will be judged by an independent panel and announced on the day. The winning organisation will receive a trophy and two (2x) individual AAG memberships for 2021/22 year AAG valued at over $500. See benefits here.
If you are a small, medium or large provider with a successful service innovation established in the last one to two years, provide your summary in the abstract submission process describing how the idea was born, implemented, and the impact on older people.
