The AAG has well established Divisions in every State and Territory of Australia. Each Division has a committee of members who facilitate local activities. Divisions host a range of educational and networking events and serve as an important mechanism for our diverse community of members to build and maintain professional networks at the local level.

They also have a dedicated student and early career researcher/practitioner representative who serves as the main point of contact for local students and early career researchers/practitioners and who helps to facilitate engagement with the broader membership at the national level.
All Divisions have the opportunity to host the annual AAG National Conference.
