Further to the announcement of the 2022 AAG Hot Topic of How to achieve authentic co-design with and for older Australians’. AAG is proud to announce that BehaviourWorks Australia lead, A/Prof Peter Bragge will be the 2022 Glenda Powell Travelling Fellow (GPTF). Peter specialises in translating research evidence into practice and policy to address challenges faced in health and sustainable development. As Director of Monash Sustainable Development Institute’s Evidence Review Service (ERS), he delivers research and practice reviews to a diverse range of government and industry organisations.
Over the year, Peter will unpack the issues surrounding co-design that include why it’s a widely misunderstood and misrepresented term often used to create the impression that groups or individuals have been meaningfully involved in an activity to, and what does co-design actually look like to effectively embed behaviour change.
The Glenda Powell Travelling Fellow is a leading Australian expert who presents on the AAG Hot Topic, whilst travelling to at least three AAG Divisions (states and territories) during the year. Stay tuned for topics and dates.
