Dr Rajna Ogrin is a Senior Research Fellow at Bolton Clarke Research Institute, specialising in implementation science in aged and community care. With a background in podiatry and extensive experience in chronic disease and frailty, she leads co-designed, real-world research translating evidence into practice. Rajna works across interdisciplinary teams and service settings, focusing on scalable, sustainable models that improve care quality, staff capability, and outcomes for older people and communities.
