Anita’s passion is improving the care and support of older people through strengthening the nexus between research, policy and practice. She is an academic, registered nurse and former adviser in the Commonwealth and NSW Governments and NSW Parliament. Her election to the AAG National Board and Research Trust in 2020 builds on over two decades' involvement within the NSW and Illawarra AAG Committees.
