Please Note: Unfortunately our scheduled speaker, Dr Chris Pearce is unable to speak at this forum. However Dr Jeff Urquart has kindly agreed to take his place. Dr Urquart is a clinical lead with the National Ehealth Transition Authority, NEHTA and is the GP Liaison Officer for Barwon Health and has a part-time position as clinical assistant in the Orthopaedic Department. Jeff is also a part-time GP in a group practice in Geelong West. He has been involved in Health Informatics for 10 years with a previous position in the ITIM program for the local division of General Practice.

  PREPARING FOR AN AGEING SOCIETY

 

The ARC/NHMRC Ageing Well Research Network, Ministerial Advisory Council of Senior Victorians, MonRAS, Council on the Ageing Victoria, Brotherhood of St Laurence and La Trobe University have collaborated in providing an exciting new series of seminars on key issues PREPARING FOR AN AGEING SOCIETY. This series will provide topical information and debate on key issues affecting older Victorians. There is no cost for attendance.

The first seminar in the series will be held on Wednesday June 25 at the State Theatrette, 1 Treasury Melbourne. 10.00 am to 1.00 p.m. Lunch will be provided at 1.00 p.m.
