2010 CONFERENCE THEME
The SA Gerontology Conference endeavours to theme conferences in a way that continues to fulfill the objectives of the Australian Association of Gerontology. In 2009 we wanted to Regenerate the Ageing Debate and we chose Adelaide Zoo's Greater Flamingo as our logo. The evaluation of the 2009 conference confirmed our success at achieving our outcome.
So how do we go the next step?
Food for thought crossed our minds and recipes for positve ageing was a natural progression.
But what of a Logo? Whilst sipping on a coffee at Lucia's the answer was right in front of us.
Food for thought, recipes for positive ageing, and the iconic Adelaide Central Market made us salivate and all the photos that we have used in promotional material are of older people at the market. What a lifestyle!
Enjoy!
